
After what seemed like an interminable period of intense campaigning, it's all over. The decisions have been made, and the public is ready to move on.
Few will miss the constant barrage of phone calls, television commercials and radio ads, which will be gone more or less right away.
But what about those signs that plaster town greens and public rights of way? Will we have to look at those until they disintegrate in the spring?
Should politicians be required to remove their signs within a certain time period? Is that strictly a townissue, or should the state get involved?
